Objective
Southerland Sleep Products, a mattress and adjustable base manufacturer based in Nashville, first exhibited at Las Vegas Market in 2014. After deciding to more than double their footprint for the Winter 2018 event, Southerland turned to stevensE3 to help them customize the space and make the most of the existing architecture. Overall the new space was dark and unwelcoming but had good potential. They needed to maximize product space while maintaining a comfortable flow and providing a variety of meeting spaces, so a general contractor would need to be called in.
Solution
The detailing team at stevensE3 collaborated with the Southerland product specialists to find the perfect balance of beds and functionality. Some walls were rearranged to better serve the back of house as well as a fourteenth lightbox. Close attention was paid to managing the many trades involved in transforming the environment, and team members were onsite from initial site visit through show opening to ensure a seamless experience. The impressive presentation of products resulted in very positive responses from existing and prospective customers.
