European Union
20 x 60 Island Pavilion
Objective
With the introduction of the Canadian/European Trade Agreement (CETA), the European Union exhibit needed to exemplify a premier design with bright, welcoming exhibit space that included considerable functionality. Multiple exhibitors need to be able to display food products that ranged from canned goods to fresh produce. A live cooking demonstration requiring a fully functional kitchen was also required to complement the booth configuration. With so many exhibitors and booth staff, storage also became a critical aspect of allowing the smooth running of this European pavilion.
Solution
stevens E3 established a system solution that allowed for the exhibit to be rented cost effectively, yet maintain an impressive presence. Panels clad the structure around the storage area to create a strong branding area and hide the structure necessary to support the exhibit. Cost efficiencies were necessary and as such, stevens E3 provided an overhead signage solution that did not require rigging from above, thereby saving costs and onsite installation time. A full kitchen was provided including stove, multiple fridges, a dishwasher, microwave, etc. all from stevens E3's rental inventory. Ultimately the client had an excellent presentation at a cost within their budget.
